Social Media Executive

About the role

A full-time, on-site Social Media Executive position based in Dubai. The role plans, creates and publishes engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily posting schedules and publish content across social media channels
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise content based on insights
• Respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, promotions and events
• Capture and curate visual content that reflects the local atmosphere
• Stay up to date with platform trends and best practices

Required profile

• Experience managing social media channels for hospitality, lifestyle or entertainment brands is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate with cross-functional teams and handle fast-paced, customer-focused environments
• Familiarity with basic photography, videography or working with creative teams is beneficial

Required skills

• Social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO)
• Media planning to schedule campaigns and allocate content across platforms
• Clear communication and writing for captions, responses and brand messaging
• Understanding of analytics tools and basic reporting to track performance
