Social Media Executive – TikTok & Live Content Specialist

About the role

Médetone, a fast‑growing online pharmacy, is seeking a dynamic Social Media Executive to lead its TikTok and short‑form video strategy across multiple markets. You will be the on‑camera face of the brand, creating viral content, hosting live sessions, and driving audience engagement to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, script and produce trend‑driven TikTok and short‑form videos that resonate with target audiences.
• Host live streams on social platforms, interact with viewers in real time, and answer questions.
• Shoot, edit and post‑produce all content using mobile and desktop tools to ensure fast‑paced, high‑quality output.
• Identify, outreach, onboard and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors across Europe.
• Monitor daily metrics (views, engagement, conversions, live‑stream retention) and optimise content performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Social Media Executive, Content Creator or Digital Media Specialist with a strong TikTok focus.
• Comfortable appearing on camera, speaking clearly and leading live streams.
• Hands‑on expertise with mobile and desktop video‑editing software.
• Native or highly fluent in Spanish, French, Italian, Arabic or English.
• Available to join immediately.
