Social Media Manager (Arabic) – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Social Media Manager who can lead Arabic‑language strategies for a portfolio of hospitality and lifestyle brands. The role is based onsite in Abu Dhabi and requires close collaboration with creative and paid‑media teams to deliver engaging organic content.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client social media accounts across various industries.
• Develop and execute monthly content strategies and editorial calendars.
• Coordinate content creation with designers, videographers, copywriters and account managers.
• Publish and schedule posts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat and X.
• Monitor performance, generate monthly reports and adjust tactics.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes and best practices.
• Review content for quality and consistency before publishing.
• Work closely with the paid‑media team to align organic and paid campaigns.
• Meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat and X.
• Proven experience creating content strategies and editorial calendars.
• Excellent communication, organization and ability to handle multiple clients in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience using social media insights and reporting tools.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality or nightlife sectors is a strong advantage.
