Social Media Manager – B2B Fintech

About the role

Arbeat is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Social Media Manager to lead content production and drive social media growth for its institutional digital‑asset activities. The role requires deep knowledge of crypto and financial markets and full ownership of content creation, publishing and community management.

Key responsibilities

• Own content strategy and production from idea to publishing, including scripting, copywriting and scheduling.
• Brief and coordinate editors, designers and production partners to deliver professional video, audio and visual assets.
• Direct creation of short‑form and long‑form videos, carousels, thumbnails, graphics, market updates and branded assets.
• Take a hands‑on role in recording, directing on‑camera talent and editing videos when needed.
• Manage and optimise content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram and other platforms for institutional B2B audiences.
• Publish consistently, manage community interactions and support executive thought leadership.
• Track performance metrics, run creative experiments and monitor industry trends.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Proven experience in content strategy, scripting, copywriting, publishing and scheduling.
• Strong working knowledge of video and design production processes.
• Institutional B2B experience, preferably in crypto, finance or fintech.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
• Relevant portfolio required; must be based in Dubai, UAE.
