About the role

Real Estate Masters is looking for a creative Social Media Manager and Content Creator to manage its social media presence and produce engaging content. The role requires strong photography, videography, video editing and AI content creation skills; no previous real estate experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personal social media accounts and the content calendar.
• Work closely with the owner to develop content that reflects their voice, interests and professional goals.
• Capture photos and videos during meetings, events and day-to-day activities.
• Create and edit reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes videos and personal branding content.
• Write captions and posts that reflect the owner's personality.
• Use AI tools for content ideas, copywriting, visuals and video editing.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to grow reach and engagement.
• Handle personal information and unpublished content with discretion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Hands-on experience with AI content creation tools is essential.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Available to join immediately.

Required skills

• Strong photography, videography and video editing skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop or Canva.
