About the role
Valen is a 360-degree marketing agency based in Dubai and Miami, looking for one versatile person to manage its clients' social media and create the content that goes on it.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and social media accounts
- Plan content calendars and schedule and publish posts
- Create reels, videos and graphics from concept to final edit
- Use AI tools to produce content faster and improve its quality
- Track performance and use the results to improve content
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, ideally at an agency
- Confident client communication and strong organization across multiple accounts
- Excellent English; Arabic is a plus
Required skills
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar)
- Hands-on experience with AI image, video and content tools
- Video editing skills for short-form content
