About the role

LETOILE Middle East is seeking a highly creative and passionate Social Media Manager to lead its GCC social media presence across Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat. The role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes content, follows trends, and can turn ideas into engaging, high‑performing posts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the social media strategy for Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Create trend‑driven, creative content and generate viral concepts and campaign activations.
• Plan, manage and oversee content production, including Reels, TikTok videos, photo shoots and influencer collaborations.
• Manage and mentor the Social Media Executive and Videographer to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Collaborate with designers, retail and marketing teams to support campaigns and product launches.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity and emerging platforms.
• Analyze performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Maintain the content calendar and ensure timely execution of all campaigns.
• Support store openings, beauty events, seasonal campaigns and special activations.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of social media management experience in the UAE, preferably in beauty, fashion, luxury or retail.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and short‑form video content.
• Ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
