Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager to shape and grow our digital presence in Dubai. The role involves developing strategy, producing engaging content and measuring performance to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive social‑media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, SnapChat and X.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar and schedule posts using management tools.
• Create reels, stories, carousels and short‑form videos; write captions and copy.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers and designers to ensure high‑quality assets.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages and monitoring brand mentions.
• Support paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, assist with ad creatives and analyse results.
• Track KPIs such as follower growth, engagement, reach, leads and website traffic; produce weekly and monthly reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience managing business social‑media accounts.
• Strong copywriting and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva and CapCut for content creation.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite and scheduling platforms such as Buffer, Hootsuite or Later.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics for traffic analysis.
