Social Media Manager

About the role

Fairmont The Palm, a luxury resort on Dubai’s iconic Palm Jumeirah, is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to shape its online presence. You will craft and execute a social media strategy that reflects the brand’s premium positioning and drives engagement across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish content (posts, reels, stories, short videos) on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Manage paid social campaigns and ad operations using Meta Business tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams (F&B, Rooms, Spa, Sales, Events) to capture authentic visual assets.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and agencies to ensure high‑quality content.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.
• Analyse performance metrics, produce monthly reports, and recommend optimisations.
• Support influencer collaborations, crisis communication, and reputation management.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of professional experience in social media management, preferably within hospitality or luxury brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong copywriting ability and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
• Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to work cross‑functionally.
