Social Media Manager (Luxury Brand)

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of Minimalist, a luxury lifestyle brand based in Dubai. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across multiple social platforms and email channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quarterly, bi‑annual and annual multi‑channel content calendars and social media strategies focused on acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Implement, measure and optimise paid social campaigns on Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat.
• Translate design concepts into engaging social content and manage an asset library, hashtags and timely sales opportunities.
• Write and schedule social copy and email blasts, monitor performance and iterate for improvement.
• Conduct competitor, market and industry research to identify trends and best practices.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of managerial digital‑marketing experience in a UAE‑based eCommerce or luxury fashion/watch company.
• Strong understanding of Emirati culture and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.

• Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat advertising.
• Klaviyo email‑marketing platform.
• G Suite productivity tools.
• Social‑media management tools such as Hootsuite.
• Adobe Creative Suite for basic graphic work.
