Social Media Manager - Off-Plan Real Estate

About the role

Allsopp & Allsopp, a leading real estate company in Dubai with over 500 employees, is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to support its Off-Plan department. You will work closely with real estate agents to help them create engaging content, build their personal brands and grow their online presence across social media platforms, from filming property videos and reels to managing content calendars and keeping up with trends.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Off-Plan agents to plan and create social media content.
• Film and edit video content, including property tours, reels and agent-led videos.
• Manage and support content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Help agents develop their personal brands and grow their online following.
• Create content calendars and manage consistent posting schedules.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, sounds and new features.
• Create graphics, captions and engaging written content.
• Monitor engagement, reach and performance across social channels.
• Support campaigns promoting new developments, launches and off-plan projects.

Required profile

• Previous experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Confident filming and editing short-form video content.
• Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Creative with a good eye for content and visual presentation.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with different personalities and supporting multiple agents.
• Real estate or property marketing experience is an advantage.
