Social Media Manager (Real Estate)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to lead ROI'ALL REAL ESTATE’s presence across major platforms. You will shape the brand’s voice, create engaging content and support business growth through strategic social media initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other channels, ensuring consistent branding and tone.
• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly editorial calendars, schedule posts, stories, reels and videos.
• Monitor and respond to comments, mentions, tags and direct messages, handling reputation‑sensitive inquiries.
• Design monthly and quarterly social media strategies, identify content pillars such as property showcases, market insights, investment education and lifestyle.
• Research trends, viral formats and emerging opportunities to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
• Coordinate photographers, videographers, designers and copywriters, oversee property and corporate shoots, and approve final assets before publishing.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
• Strong eye for visual quality and ability to maintain a premium aesthetic.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple content production workflows.
