Social Media & Marketing Intern (Remote, Project-Based)

About the role

Bella & Bella Productions is looking for 2-3 proactive, creative and self-directed Social Media & Marketing Interns to support the planning, promotion, execution and post-event follow-up of The Power of Pause conference. The internship is remote and project-based, suited to people who can work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with an international team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned content calendars
• Create branded posts and short-form videos
• Support content creation, social media campaigns, audience engagement, speaker and partner promotion, and registration growth
• Monitor campaign performance
• Support conference coverage and post-event reporting

Required profile

• Strong foundational skills in social media marketing, digital content creation and communication
• Excellent written communication, creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines, solve problems independently and deliver work without extensive supervision
• Strong organisational skills and willingness to take ownership of projects
• Interest in wellness, leadership, entrepreneurship and impact-driven initiatives
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related discipline preferred
• Ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital platforms
• Advantageous: short-form video production, campaign analytics and email marketing
