Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our Dubai‑based creative and marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have proven agency experience, managing multiple client brands across sectors such as hospitality, beauty, retail, and luxury.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and grow multiple client social media accounts simultaneously.
• Develop and execute monthly content strategies and publishing calendars.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, editors, influencers, and production teams.
• Write brand‑aligned captions and supervise content shoots.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates to keep content fresh.
• Publish and manage content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and Facebook.
• Handle client communication, approvals, revisions, and performance reporting.
• Ensure all deliverables meet premium quality standards and deadlines.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of social media management experience within a marketing/creative agency.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple brands across diverse sectors.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Russian language highly preferred.
• Based in Dubai or available for immediate relocation.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, client‑facing, and comfortable in a fast‑paced agency environment.
