Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

Scry AI is seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead its social media strategy, strengthen brand presence, and engage enterprise audiences. The role focuses on turning product, industry, and thought‑leadership narratives into platform‑specific content that drives brand awareness and supports business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and other relevant channels.
• Create and manage platform‑specific content calendars, defining themes, formats, campaigns and publishing schedules.
• Produce static posts, carousels, videos, short‑form content, polls and thought‑leadership pieces in collaboration with content, design and video teams.
• Support product launches, webinars, events and research initiatives through targeted social media campaigns.
• Maintain consistent messaging and brand positioning across all social touchpoints.
• Amplify senior executives’ thought leadership by identifying topics, coordinating content creation and building personal brand narratives.
• Monitor comments, mentions and industry conversations to engage decision‑makers, partners and relevant communities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing, B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing or Content Marketing roles.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with content, design, video, product marketing, sales and senior stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with strong performance analysis skills.
• Understanding of how social media supports B2B brand building, thought leadership and demand generation.
