Social Media Marketing Specialist & Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative and fast‑moving Social Media Marketing Specialist who will own our brand’s voice across digital channels. The role focuses on producing engaging Arabic content, growing online communities, and turning our brand story into scroll‑stopping moments that drive awareness and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Write Arabic copy for websites, landing pages, social media captions, video scripts, ads and email campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.
• Plan and execute an organic social media calendar, create regular stories, and coordinate with designers and videographers to bring campaigns to life.
• Produce original short‑form video and graphic content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and other platforms, using tools such as CapCut and Canva.
• Monitor trends, platform updates and competitor activity, translating insights into fresh content ideas.
• Manage day‑to‑day community engagement, respond to comments and messages, and track performance metrics to refine strategy.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience in video shooting and mobile editing, preferably with CapCut, Canva and basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere.
• Proven ability to grow social media audiences in a fast‑paced environment and a solid understanding of social media analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and familiarity with the UAE market.
