Social Media Marketing Specialist (Real Estate)

About the role

Emilion Development LLC is looking for a creative and commercially minded Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage its social media channels and promote its real estate development projects in the UAE. The role covers planning, creating and publishing social media content, with a strong focus on copywriting and real estate marketing. The position is based on site in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Write engaging copy for posts, captions, campaigns and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the designer on creative concepts and visual content.
• Create and publish content highlighting the company's projects, amenities, locations and investment opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics and audience insights to improve content and engagement.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and real estate marketing best practices.
• Support wider marketing initiatives and coordinate social media campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing; previous experience in real estate is essential.
• Excellent copywriting skills and a strong command of English; fluency in English is required.
• Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars.
• Ability to work effectively with designers and turn ideas into compelling content.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience planning and executing paid or organic social media campaigns is a strong advantage.
