Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our fashion and lifestyle brand in Dubai. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, driving engagement, and managing paid campaigns across major social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand presence and audience interaction.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads.
• Analyse campaign performance, generate regular reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, algorithm changes and best practices.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high‑quality visuals and creatives.
• Support brand storytelling with a focus on fashion and lifestyle content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and performance marketing.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting abilities.
• Prior experience in the fashion or apparel industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
