Social Media Specialist - Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

Property Shop Investment (PSI), a private real estate company founded in 2007 and active in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, is hiring a full-time, on-site Social Media Specialist in Dubai. The role requires prior experience in the real estate sector and covers managing the company's social media channels, from content creation to campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage PSI's social media channels, planning, creating and scheduling content that highlights properties, services and market updates.
• Develop and run social media campaigns, monitor engagement and analytics, and optimise content based on performance data.
• Work with sales and marketing teams so online messaging matches current listings, promotions and brand initiatives.
• Handle community management, respond to inquiries and comments, stay up to date with social media trends and keep a consistent, professional brand voice.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real estate-focused social media campaigns.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; additional languages common in Dubai are an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Required skills

• Social media marketing and content creation.
• Digital marketing, campaign planning, audience targeting and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication skills, conveying property information clearly in written and visual formats.
• Experience in the UAE real estate market, especially Dubai, is highly beneficial.
• Preferred: social media management and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn, TikTok and scheduling platforms.
