About the role

Al Danah Charter School in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join its pastoral team for the 2025‑2026 academic year. The role supports the personal, social, mental and emotional wellbeing of students across the Lower, Middle and Senior schools.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the wider pastoral team, teachers and external agencies to assess and address student needs.
• Maintain accurate attendance records using the iSAMS system and generate reports for senior leaders.
• Implement attendance interventions and promote a culture of regular attendance.
• Provide conflict‑resolution sessions and identify cases of domestic abuse or family issues.
• Work alongside the School Counsellor to enhance students’ personal, social and academic growth.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data‑protection regulations.

Required skills
