Software Developer (Remote) – New Graduate Role

About the role

We are looking for a recent graduate to join our client’s engineering team as a full‑stack Software Developer. This remote, full‑time position focuses on enhancing an AI recruiter agent that supports millions of interviews across domains such as finance, healthcare, and engineering. You will receive mentorship from senior engineers while contributing to core product features end‑to‑end.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop full‑stack systems that power core product workflows.
• Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
• Create and ship user‑facing features with React and TypeScript.
• Support data modeling and optimize PostgreSQL database performance.
• Integrate AI‑driven workflows in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Follow best practices for testing, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, graduated within the last 2 years.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a passion for learning in a fast‑paced AI environment.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams, overlapping with PST time zones.
