Software Engineer – AI & Full‑Stack Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Software Engineer to join SKM’s development team. You will design, build, and maintain applications that support our global HVAC business, while integrating AI and large‑language‑model (LLM) capabilities where they add measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy full‑stack software solutions that address real business needs.
• Build and maintain back‑end services, APIs, databases and front‑end interfaces to high standards.
• Integrate AI and LLM‑powered features such as chatbots, assistants and task‑automation agents.
• Develop agentic AI components using prompt engineering and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG).
• Test, monitor and optimise applications for accuracy, reliability, performance and cost.
• Enhance existing applications and produce clear technical documentation.
• Collaborate with system analysts and the development team to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Identify opportunities to apply software and AI capabilities across products and internal workflows, creating prototypes as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
