Software Engineer – Applications & Digital Products

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is building the first integrated resort in the UAE, slated to open in 2027. The Applications & Digital Products team is looking for a Software Engineer to design and deliver innovative services that will modernise hospitality operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop cutting‑edge services for the hospitality industry.
• Write clean, well‑tested code with high unit and integration test coverage.
• Perform code reviews, provide feedback and participate in design sessions.
• Conduct reliability, load‑testing, cost‑efficiency and security reviews.
• Enable service visibility through metrics, dashboards and alerts.
• Promote best practices and continuously improve solutions.
• Resolve incidents and problems, including root‑cause analysis and escalation.
• Implement automation to boost productivity.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience with modern .NET/C#, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Strong background in distributed system architecture (microservices, event‑driven, REST).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of storage technologies like SQL Server and Redis.
• Proficiency in automated end‑to‑end testing.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Terraform, IaC and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as DataDog and NewRelic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics or a related field.
