About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join a leading technology company that powers high‑traffic e‑commerce platforms. The role is fully remote and focuses on building scalable backend services that support real‑time user experiences worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain distributed backend services for e‑commerce applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑tested code following industry best practices.
• Profile and optimise system performance, fixing bottlenecks and improving algorithms.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features on schedule.

Required profile

• New‑grad or early‑career professional with a strong foundation in computer science.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to a team.
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
