Software Engineering Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead a high‑performing engineering team in Dubai. You will drive the design, development and delivery of modern, cloud‑first software products for a global technology organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a high‑performing software engineering team.
• Drive the design, development and delivery of modern software products.
• Partner with Product, Design and Operations to deliver business‑critical solutions.
• Champion engineering best practices, Agile delivery and technical excellence.
• Oversee project delivery, team performance, recruitment and continuous improvement.
• Support cloud‑first, secure and scalable technology initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading software engineering teams.
• Strong hands‑on background in C#/.NET or Flutter.
• Experience with Azure or Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
