Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CRM Solution Architect with over 12 years of IT experience to lead the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and integrated CRM solutions aligned with enterprise objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CRM solution architecture and design across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Define integration strategy and architecture for CRM and surrounding enterprise systems.
• Design robust data architecture, including data models, data flows, governance, and integration considerations.
• Develop customisation and extensibility strategies ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Provide architectural guidance to development and implementation teams and ensure adherence to enterprise standards.

Required profile

• 12+ years of overall IT/CRM experience with strong solution architecture background.
• Proven experience in CRM solution design, integration architecture, data architecture, and customisation planning.
• Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders to define practical, scalable solutions.
