Solution Manager – Wealth Coverage

About the role

The Solutions Manager will establish and oversee the framework for international wealth management operations, creating strategic corridors that connect high‑net‑worth clients across the markets where ADIB operates. The role involves designing policies, procedures and engagement rules for new‑market entry, acquiring cross‑border new‑to‑bank (NTB) wealth clients, and leading collaboration with local business channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement engagement rules, policies and procedures for wealth management services in international markets, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead market‑entry strategies to expand the bank’s wealth footprint, building relationships with key stakeholders in target regions.
• Identify and acquire high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, manage lead referrals and oversee the client onboarding process.
• Monitor and report on lead‑referral performance, track KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Act as a collaboration manager within the local market, creating robust processes for generating and handing over wealth NTB leads from corporate, business banking and brokerage teams.
