Solutions Architect (Presales)

About the role

The Solutions Architect will be responsible for enabling and expanding multi‑cloud adoption across enterprise customers, with a primary focus on Azure and AWS. This techno‑commercial position combines solution architecture, customer engagement, and presales expertise, helping customers achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and existing technology landscape.
• Design secure, scalable, high‑performance cloud architectures across Azure and AWS.
• Conduct technical workshops, solution presentations, demos, and architecture discussions for both technical stakeholders and senior executives.
• Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and statements of work, aligning solutions with budgets and commercial goals.
• Support cloud economics discussions, including TCO, ROI, and cost‑optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and operations teams to assess feasibility and guide presales solution development.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in presales or solution architecture.
• Hands‑on architectural knowledge of at least two major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Proven experience working with enterprise customers and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical audiences and C‑level stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United Arab Emirates.
