Solutions Engineer (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

The Solutions Engineering team at TikTok partners with advertising clients across the METAP region to translate business challenges into technical solutions. This role focuses on Arabic‑speaking markets, working closely with product, R&D, and customer success teams to deliver scalable features and drive commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with TikTok product engineering to build new products and enhance existing ones that meet client needs.
• Identify, develop, and maximize commercial opportunities with advertising clients using TikTok’s platform and technology.
• Partner with the Customer Success team to uncover business opportunities and support client goals.
• Design, implement, and launch end‑to‑end systems with emphasis on maintainability, scalability, documentation, and testing.
• Independently engage stakeholders, align cross‑functional partners, and drive projects to completion.
• Leverage data to influence decisions and demonstrate business impact.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken) for regular client collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional programming or technical solution experience.
