Solutions Manager

About the role

JD.com is seeking a Solutions Manager to lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end supply chain solutions for its Middle‑East customers. The role combines market analysis, solution architecture, and client‑facing activities to expand JD.com’s cross‑border e‑commerce capabilities in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse logistics, supply chain and e‑commerce trends in the Middle East to uncover business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to gather client requirements and translate them into solution specifications.
• Design, develop and optimise customised supply chain solutions covering warehousing, transportation, customs clearance and last‑mile delivery.
• Prepare high‑quality proposals, presentations and technical documentation; deliver pitches and demonstrations.
• Provide pre‑sales technical support and training to the sales team.
• Participate in technical discussions and commercial negotiations to ensure smooth implementation.
• Monitor solution performance, collect client feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with product, technology and operations teams to foster innovation.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in supply chain, logistics or related fields.
