About the role
JKS Restaurants is seeking an experienced Sommelier to join the newly opened Gymkhana Dubai in DIFC. The role focuses on delivering exceptional wine service and enhancing the guest experience in both the main restaurant and private dining rooms.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the highest levels of service and an exceptional guest experience.
- Recommend and sell wines to complement menu choices and enhance dining experiences.
Required profile
- Engaging and personable nature with a passion for hospitality.
- Prior experience as an Assistant Head Sommelier or Senior Sommelier in a quality restaurant.
- WSET or equivalent Sommelier qualification.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team.
