Spa Operations Manager

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first integrated resort in the UAE set to open in 2027, is looking for a Manager - Spa Operations to join its Spa Operations team. The resort will include a five-star spa, a salon, 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges and bars, a theater, a beach club and a celebrations and events center.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of spa operations, including scheduling, staffing, inventory and service delivery.
• Keep spa areas clean, safe and welcoming, and ensure Forbes Five-Star standards are met.
• Monitor and improve workflows to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train and motivate spa staff, conduct performance reviews and support their professional development.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly, and stay present in the spa to engage with guests.
• Drive service and retail sales through promotions, upselling and team coaching.
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and reservations to promote spa offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations and keep accurate records for audits, licensing and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in spa or wellness operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills; proven ability to manage teams and drive performance.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends and luxury service standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts.
