About the role
Aldhafra Resort, a desert retreat on the edge of the Rub' al Khali near Abu Dhabi, is hiring a Spa receptionist. As Spa receptionist, you will make sure that all Spa-related tasks at the reception are carried out efficiently and promptly.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in hospitality, with previous work experience in a hotel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to handle cash and credit card transactions
- Able to stay calm, polite and patient in stressful situations
