Spa Receptionist – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for a Spa Receptionist to deliver professional, friendly and engaging service at Serenity Spa Dubai, part of the Fairmont The Palm luxury resort. The role involves supporting daily spa operations and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide information on spa menus, special offers and facility usage such as sauna, steam and day passes.
• Assist with product information, retail sales and maintain stock levels, ensuring displays meet brand standards.
• Handle administrative tasks, including Excel spreadsheets and Book4Time scheduling.
• Follow departmental policies, safety and sanitation procedures, and report any equipment or health‑and‑safety issues.
• Attend pre‑shift briefings, hand over duties at shift end and keep work areas clean and tidy.

Required profile

• Previous spa or hospitality experience preferred, with at least 1 year in a 5‑star hotel spa or luxury stand‑alone spa.
• Strong administrative skills, including proficiency with Excel spreadsheets.
• Mandatory experience with the Book4Time system.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable and able to remain calm and courteous while focusing on guest needs.
