About the role

The Content Management Specialist supports the Creative Studio by organizing digital assets, maintaining content workflows, and assisting production coordination. This role ensures that marketing and communication initiatives are delivered efficiently, with all materials accurately tagged, formatted, and aligned to brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and maintain digital asset libraries (DAM), ensuring proper tagging and easy retrieval.
• Support content uploads, updates, and publishing across CMS platforms.
• Prepare assets and files for production, track deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
• Assist in maintaining smooth handovers between creative, content, and production teams.
• Conduct basic quality checks for accuracy, formatting, and brand compliance.
• Identify simple process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to coordinate campaign execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in content, marketing, or creative environments.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools.
