Specialist - Data Analysis Management

About the role

Join a growing analytics function within a leading public‑sector healthcare organisation. You will work closely with clinical, operational, financial and technology teams to analyse complex datasets, generate insights and support strategic initiatives that improve patient outcomes and organisational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse healthcare, operational and financial data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support the integration of data from multiple sources into a unified analytics environment.
• Partner with data engineers, IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Develop reports, dashboards and visualisations that enable informed decision‑making.
• Document analytical methodologies, data governance practices and provide ad‑hoc analysis for leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, healthcare analytics, data science or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or a similar discipline.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
