Specialist Dermatologist

About the role

Care Group Holdings, a healthcare organization focused on patient-centered care in Abu Dhabi and the wider region, is hiring a full-time Specialist Dermatologist. The specialist provides comprehensive dermatological care, including diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of patients with skin, hair and nail disorders, in an on-site clinical setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations and develop individualized treatment plans, with a focus on medical and cosmetic dermatology.
• Manage acne and other chronic skin conditions, and prescribe medications and therapies.
• Document clinical findings in patient records and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals when needed.
• Educate patients on preventive skin care and support clinic quality standards while adhering to relevant regulations.
• Take part in case discussions, professional development and quality improvement activities.

Required profile

• Valid medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a specialization in Dermatology, plus completion of residency and board certification or eligibility under UAE regulations.
• Current or eligible professional licensure with UAE health authorities (e.g., DOH/HAAD) and familiarity with local clinical guidelines.
• Strong clinical expertise in medicine and dermatology, including diagnosis and management of skin, hair and nail conditions.
• Advanced skills in cosmetic dermatology and cosmetology, with experience in aesthetic procedures and evidence-based cosmetic treatments.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and treat acne and related disorders, including complex and chronic cases.
• Excellent communication skills, a patient-centered approach and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning, ethical standards, clinical audits, CME and quality improvement.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
