Specialist Dermatologist

About the role

Health Square Medical Center, an aesthetic and dermatology clinic in Rabdan, Abu Dhabi, is looking for a full-time, on-site Specialist Dermatologist. The specialist provides both medical and cosmetic dermatology care to patients, working within clinic protocols and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct dermatological consultations and develop individualized treatment plans for skin conditions such as acne, eczema, pigmentation and hair-related disorders.
• Perform aesthetic procedures including laser treatments, injectables, PRP, microneedling and other skin rejuvenation and anti-aging therapies.
• Educate patients on skin health, treatment options and skincare maintenance.
• Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with other healthcare and aesthetic professionals.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and infection-control guidelines and contribute to improving clinical services and patient experience.

Required profile

• Recognized medical degree and completed residency or specialty training in Dermatology; board certification or equivalent preferred.
• Valid license to practice as a Specialist Dermatologist in the UAE, or eligibility to obtain UAE licensure (e.g. DOH/HAAD).
• Fluent English; Arabic or another language is an advantage.
• Commitment to infection control, clinical safety and ethical practice, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.

Required skills

• Diagnosis and management of a wide range of medical skin and hair conditions.
• Cosmetic dermatology expertise, including lasers, injectables, PRP and microneedling.
• Clinical experience assessing and treating acne and related disorders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to explain treatment options clearly and build trust with patients.
