Specialist Marine Pipelines Engineer

About the role

Worley is seeking a Specialist Marine Pipelines Engineer to provide technical assurance and compliance for pipeline projects in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures that contractor deliverables meet the company’s discipline scope, specifications, governing codes, standards and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve discipline‑specific engineering documents, assign review codes and track comment resolution.
• Participate in design review sessions, technical audits and progress meetings with the contractor.
• Support procurement activities, including vendor document reviews and physical inspections.
• Assist construction and commissioning phases through inspections, punch‑listing and certification release.
• Verify final documentation and database completeness at hand‑over.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Civil or Marine Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in marine pipeline projects and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
• Strong ability to interpret specifications, resolve technical queries and ensure compliance.
