Specialist – Private Banking Service (UAE National)

About the role

The Specialist supports Relationship Managers in delivering basic banking services to high‑net‑worth clients. The role involves handling client requests, maintaining account documentation, and ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute basic banking transactions such as transfers, cheque clearing, cash handling, and fixed‑deposit operations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Compliance and other departments to fulfil client instructions under RM supervision.
• Prepare and verify client documentation (IOSIR, account opening forms, compliance records) ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Communicate with clients on routine operational matters and support senior team members as needed.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of banking experience, preferably in a customer‑care or service environment.
• Strong attention to detail, customer‑service attitude and professional behaviour.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of basic banking products and associated operational processes.
• Good understanding of compliance, due‑diligence and anti‑money‑laundering regulations.
