Specialist, Quality Assurance

About the role

The Specialist, Quality Assurance will lead quality initiatives across more than 50 operational sites, including supply terminals, airports, and production plants. The role ensures continuous improvement, system integrity, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate external and internal inspections (IATA, GCAA, ISO, internal audit) and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
• Conduct periodic inspections of facilities, assess compliance with ISO 9001, OHSAS, and other certifications, and prepare detailed audit reports.
• Develop and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), track effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify quality‑related risks, implement mitigation strategies, and integrate risk management into QA activities.
• Deliver training and awareness sessions on quality initiatives, ISO objectives, and document management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of quality management experience, preferably in oil and gas retail.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and audit processes.
• Proven ability to lead continuous‑improvement projects and manage CAPA programs.

Required skills

• ISO 9001 auditor certification.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
• CAPA development and monitoring.
• Audit planning and execution.
