Sponsorship Sales Manager - Gaming

About the role

The Sponsorship Sales Manager will lead the acquisition and management of sponsors for our gaming‑focused exhibitions. You will design tailored sponsorship packages that align with event themes and deliver measurable value for partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to attract diverse sponsors and exhibitors.
• Research and qualify prospective sponsors, exhibitors, and partners that enhance event quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers, understanding their marketing goals.
• Create customized sponsorship proposals highlighting brand visibility, lead generation, and networking benefits.
• Collaborate with expo management to ensure flawless activation and optimal ROI for sponsors.
• Work closely with Marketing, Events, and PR teams to align sponsorship initiatives with overall brand messaging.
• Represent the organization at industry events to generate new sponsorship opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in exhibition sponsorship and space selling.
• Proven track record with international exhibitions and gaming events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
