Sports Coach – Gym, Football, Volleyball & Swimming (14 positions)

About the role

We are seeking experienced sports coaches to join a prestigious UAE university. The permanent, full‑time positions involve designing and delivering training programmes for a variety of sports while supporting student‑athlete development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver structured sports and fitness training programmes.
• Coach university sports teams and individual students.
• Assess performance, monitor development and maintain detailed player records.
• Identify talented student‑athletes and prepare them for university competition.
• Organise training sessions, tournaments, matches and other sporting events.
• Promote teamwork, discipline, commitment and sportsmanship.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and emergency procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Physical Education, Sports Science or a related discipline.
• Accredited coaching certification in the relevant sport.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Minimum three years of relevant coaching experience, preferably with university‑level teams.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong communication, leadership and motivation skills.

Required skills

• Valid AFC coaching licence (football).
• Valid Lifeguard certification and swimming coaching credentials.
• Accredited fitness training and physical conditioning certifications (gym).
• Accredited volleyball coaching certification.
• First Aid and CPR certifications.

• Monthly salary AED 7,000–9,000.
