Sr. Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, modernize and support enterprise‑grade digital platforms and mission‑critical business applications for AceNet Consulting in Abu Dhabi. The role involves working across the full technology stack, from responsive front‑end interfaces to robust back‑end services and cloud‑native deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain secure, scalable, highly available full‑stack applications.
• Build responsive single‑page applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3, creating reusable UI components with Tailwind CSS, Radix or ShadCN.
• Develop backend services and micro‑services with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Node.js, NestJS or Express.js.
• Integrate REST and SOAP APIs, implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, audit logging and secure coding practices.
• Design data models and persistence layers using PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL or Snowflake.
• Deploy cloud‑native solutions with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Helm and API‑first architecture.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins or similar tools.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct design and code reviews, mentor engineers and contribute to architecture road‑maps.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on full‑stack development.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and delivery plans.
• Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with product owners, architects and QA.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex production issues.
