Sr. Specialist (Electrical Systems)

About the role

Lead and coordinate electrical installation, operation and maintenance activities across the plant, ensuring reliable systems, rapid fault resolution and full compliance with cGMP and safety requirements while minimizing production disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise electrical installations, upgrades and daily shift activities.
• Plan and execute preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance for electrical equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot faults, identify safety risks and repair or replace defective components.
• Manage electrical generation and distribution systems in line with applicable codes and safety standards.
• Implement SOPs, maintain logbooks, permits, work orders, drawings, manuals and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality and other departments to prevent or minimise operational interruptions.
• Lead HSE compliance, incident investigations, root‑cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant electrical engineering and maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, installations, maintenance, safety, generation and distribution systems.
• Working knowledge of cGMP, data integrity and regulated documentation practices.
• Proven supervisory, troubleshooting and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Excellent English communication, documentation and reporting skills.
