About the role

At Julphar, a leading pharmaceutical company in Ras Al Khaima, we are seeking a Machine Operator to join our production team. The role supports our commitment to cGMP standards, safety, and high‑quality manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to cGMP principles and maintain them effectively.
• Follow the implemented quality system.
• Operate production equipment and monitor processes according to SOP and BMR.
• Follow production schedules and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to avoid production interruptions.
• Train new employees on production processes and equipment.
• Execute daily operations in compliance with EMS and HSE standards, using appropriate PPE.
• Identify, reduce, and prevent environmental impacts and operational risks.
• Contribute to EHS activities, audits, and continual improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Disciplined and open to learning on the job.
• Strong process compliance and implementation skills.
• Basic command of English.
• Responsible, accountable, and ownership‑driven.

Required skills
