Staff DevOps Engineer – Fintech Platform

About the role

Lean Technologies is a fast‑growing fintech building the financial data infrastructure for the MENA region. As a Staff DevOps Engineer you will lead the evolution of a multi‑region, hybrid‑cloud infrastructure that supports billions of dollars in transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the infrastructure architecture strategy across GCP, OCI and on‑premise data centres.
• Design, build and evolve Kubernetes platforms for multi‑region scalability, resilience and cost efficiency.
• Establish enterprise‑grade GitOps and Infrastructure‑as‑Code standards using Terraform.
• Partner with engineering leadership to drive automation, lead incident management and mentor senior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering or Platform Engineering.
• Proven track record designing and operating complex distributed systems at scale.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python or Go.
• Experience navigating multi‑cloud environments and high‑security compliance frameworks.
