About the role
Join a well-funded AI company as one of the first engineering hires in Dubai, building bespoke GenAI solutions for enterprise clients across multiple industries.
Key responsibilities
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand complex business problems and design AI‑powered solutions.
- Design, build and deploy custom AI applications using the latest large language models and GenAI technologies.
- Develop full‑stack products, combining backend engineering, frontend development and AI components.
- Own projects end‑to‑end, from discovery through production, and collaborate with product, engineering and AI teams.
Required profile
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience delivering production applications.
- Comfortable working across the stack, with essential backend experience.
- Previous consulting or client‑facing experience and strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Python
- Modern web technologies (frontend frameworks, APIs)
- Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- API integration
