Staff Engineer – AI Solutions

About the role

Join a well-funded AI company as one of the first engineering hires in Dubai, building bespoke GenAI solutions for enterprise clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand complex business problems and design AI‑powered solutions.
• Design, build and deploy custom AI applications using the latest large language models and GenAI technologies.
• Develop full‑stack products, combining backend engineering, frontend development and AI components.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, from discovery through production, and collaborate with product, engineering and AI teams.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience delivering production applications.
• Comfortable working across the stack, with essential backend experience.
• Previous consulting or client‑facing experience and strong communication skills.
