Staff Nurse – Pediatric Clinic

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our pediatric clinic, providing age‑specific, patient‑centered care to children of all ages. The role involves supporting a wide range of clinical procedures and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with aerosol treatments, Bili Check procedures, and circumcision processes.
• Support insertion of enteral feeding tubes and perform HbA1c testing.
• Conduct health history interviews and pediatric physical assessments.
• Perform point‑of‑care testing for influenza and rapid strep, and aid in vaccine administration.
• Carry out pediatric visual screenings, blood culture sample collection, and ketone meter usage.
• Collect nasopharyngeal specimens, provide oral care for infants and toddlers, and administer oral medications to infants.
• Perform oro‑nasopharyngeal suctioning and throat swab collection.
• Document all patient data accurately and maintain supplies and equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (minimum three‑year program) or a two‑year nursing degree.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, or Australia.
• UAE nationals graduating from UAE or non‑UAE universities are exempt from experience requirements (must provide birth certificate and mother’s family book).
